Registration, Cancellation and Refund policy

We strive to make your educational experience at HAADI an enriching and enjoyable one. At times, however, due to unforeseen reasons you may have to cancel your registration.

HAADI maintains one of the most flexible tuition refund policies. If for any reason you would like to cancel your registration for one of the courses at HAADI, the refund policy is outlined below:

Registration

  • Registration must be in writing or thru HAADI web site;
  • Registration is not confirmed till the payment has been made;
  • You may withdraw your registration for a full refund within 48 hours of making the payment as long as it's not within 48 hrs of the commencement of the course.

Cancellation

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing;
  • you can either mail us the cancellation request or hand deliver it;
  • HAADI will also allow you to e-mail cancellation request, but you must receive an acknowledgement from the HAADI office for it to be effective.
  • HAADI will refund 100% of the fee paid if the course is cancelled by HAADI for any reason and will not be liable for any additional amount.

Tuition Refund

  • HAADI will refund 95% of the tuition fee if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the commencement of the course.
  • HAADI will refund 80% of the tuition fee if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the commencement of the course.
  • You will not receive any refund if you fail to attend the course for whatever reason without canceling your registration.

Walk-ins

  • HAADI will allow walk-ins if seating is available.
  • The full tuition amount is due before the course commences.
  • HAADI may not be able to provide all course material for walk-ins.
  • HAADI will not be able to provide any on-line access, computers or any other required accessories.
